Job description The role can based in Germany (Mannheim), The Netherlands (Panningen) or our HQ in Belgium (Brussels) and will require up to 30% of travel across the region. Responsibilities Manage product (includes services, systems and solutions) portfolio and life cycle in line with the segment and category strategy (product launches, price setting, value pricing, margin optimization, cost optimization, make-or-buy decisions, vendor management, promotions, harmonization, rationalization,...)Build application and product knowledge and propose changes to the product portfolioTrain and provide technical application, product and solution support to SalesUnderstand market trends, customer and stakeholder needs and capture the Voice Of the Customer, conduct competitor analysisBuild innovation pipeline and interface with IPD and Engineering for new developmentsTrack category performance and recommend corrective actions Requirements University degree in disciplines related to Engineering and/or Business Administration preferably.Experience in leading teams from remoteHigh Experience in assessing customer needs Knowledge and experience within a relevant B2B(2C) product and solutions industryKnowledge of electrofusion and/or mechanical joints are strong plusExperience working in complex, international and multi-stakeholder environment Fluent in English – German and French are nice to have Are you the one we are looking for?
